QMS and operations in conformance with ISO and aerospace AS9100

We maintain a class 100 and class 0 ESD cleanroom to ISO 14644 and MIL-M-55565 guidelines.  All outgoing product is accompanied with a certificate of conformance, unless Program waived, and product is visually inspected against MIL-STD-883/750 A & B and operate under MIL-STD-1686 control program.

Die and packaged part banking under UHP nitrogen in anti-static desiccators for long, scheduled-out lead times to better support production demands while holding price breaks.

Experienced personnel to handle sensitive components for kitting and orienting die per SCD in ESD carriers.

MHC holds a AS5553 anti-counterfeit policy and is AS7401 CAAP compliant.

MHC utilizes a DPAS system for expediting crucial components in government programs.  MHC maintains compliancy to ITAR rules and regulations.
